Returns
Return Policy: INFITEE does not accept returns for any reason other than receiving a damaged or incorrect product.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Notification: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item.

Refunds

Exchange Method: If approved, exchanges will be processed for the damaged or incorrect item.
Parcel Opening Video: A mandatory requirement for processing the exchange is submitting a video of the parcel opening.
